I grew up in Nashville, TN and entered the real estate industry with Century 21 as a real estate agent in 1982. I can't believe it... more than 20 years now.

Since then, I've worked for many of the top new home builders in new construction and new home sales as well as with several of the big franchises (ReMax, C-21, etc). I currently hold active real estate broker licenses in Georgia and Texas. Career real estate sales volume now tops $60,000,000! Man, things sure have changed since my entry into the realty business in 1982.

I joined the U.S. Navy in 1975 and there pursued a degree in Computer Science. Mainframes were cutting-edge stuff then (PC's didn't even exist!)

In my pursuit of adventure I've lived in California, Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia and traveled to many countries including China, Australia, Mexico, Belgium, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the Philippine Islands where I met my wife, Emie.

I became a certified scuba diver in 1987 and traveled to areas such as The Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Cozumel and the Virgin Islands. I'm still not sure this is such a good idea...especially after accidentally stepping on a sleeping shark!
