WHEREAS the Dallas
North Properties Home Marketing Team and the seller(s) at:

entered into a Multiple Listing Agreement dated the _________
day of _________ in the year __________, to list and sell the
property located at the above address for a listing price of

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the
parties having engaged into the above referenced Multiple
Listing Agreement, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. In this agreement The Dallas North Properties Home Marketing
Team guarantees that if the home is not sold within the first sixty (60) days of
listing, at the minimum sale price of $_______________, that we will continue to market your
home for an additional sixty (60) days and pay you $1,000 cash (or deduct $l,000.00 off of
the commission) upon our successful sale of the above-referenced property.
2. A four month listing agreement has been signed by the seller.
3. The listed price is set at a mutually agreed market value determined on the basis of market
conditions and comparable homes.
4. For the purpose of this agreement, the seller(s) agree(s)
to permit sales representatives reasonable access to the
property on a daily basis in order to show the property to
prospective purchasers.
5. If the seller receives an offer at or above the guaranteed
sale price within the first sixty (60) day period, and the
seller rejects said offer, then this agreement is null and void.
